Hello and thank you for being here! My name is Sharon Kenney Rudy. I am a transformational coach, intuitive healer, modern mystic and storyteller.
I am passionate about helping women move out of overwhelm and into a life filled with grace, empowerment, love and ease…no matter how the outer circumstances of life present. I’m a mama of two children and I love helping mothers not only “get by,” but truly thrive.
As a transformational coach, I specialize in teaching women essential daily habits of Ayurveda to create radiant health in all parts of their lives - physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. From this unshakable foundation women naturally fulfill their deeper dharma, or purpose, in life.
As an intuitive teacher, I use the sacred tools of Vedic Astrology and Tarot to help my clients understand their lives more deeply, recognize their inherent freedom and discover hidden gifts in order to make life decisions from an empowered place in themselves.
