Sharon Kenney Rudy is a special soul who is adept at unlocking the magic in others. She was lovely and welcoming during our first session, and eased any trepidation I had about exploring Reiki in order to release stored trauma. Without any prompting, she was able to pinpoint a painful experience from childhood, and gave me a strategy to heal and release the grief. Very powerful. Since then, I have also participated in a restore with Reiki workshop, and completed a Level I Reiki certification. Although I could go on and on about Sharon’s amazing ability to deliver a highly individualized yoga class or a super relaxing, yet insightful reiki session, I’ll limit this review to my most recent session – an astrological reading, infused with tarot and intuition.

Sharon is compassionate, funny, and spot on. Today’s session was helpful in so many ways – affirming what I have believed to be some of my major life lessons, helping me to understand how to best navigate these challenges, and how to capitalize on my strengths. It was really cool to see that the areas of my natal chart that indicate ease or fluidity are actually the same areas in which I have not really had much difficulty or struggle. Same is true with the areas that have felt like an awful lot of work. Sharon explains the astrological timing and significance of the highlights, and the not-so-highlights, of the next few years.

I have been seeing Sharon for just under 3 years now - and even though she no longer regularly comes to NYC, my wife and I make it a point to head out from Brooklyn a few times a year to see her in lovely, spiritually vibrant and otherwise peaceful studio in Montclair.
